Japanese cuisine is really delicious…There are lots of japanese restaurants around my neighborhood but sometimes it can be VERY expensive. If you want to learn how to cook japanese dishes, chances are you can learn from the internet. There is a show in YOUTube called Cooking with a “dog”. The host of the show is a dog called Francis and it is focused on how to make popular japanese dishes. Don´t worry…Francis is not the cook, but a japanese woman.

There are lots of dishes you can learn how to cook like Omurice, Unadon, Soba, Somen, Gyoza, Harumaki, Anmitsu, Yakitori, Chirashi Sushi, Motsunabe, Hiyamugi, Hoto, Green Tea Ice Cream, Anpan, Panna Cotta, Ohagi, Yakisoba, Yakiudon, Hiyashicyuka, Osechi, Ochazuke, Chuka Ika Sansai, Castella, Ebi Fry, Zoni, Anko Mochi, Mombran Cake, Miso Soup, Croquette, Chocolate Cornet, Crepe, Gyudon, Chicken Karaage, Mochi, Dorayaki…
