Vanguard Princess: 2D Moe fighting game…for FREE!
Many of us wish our economies were based on goodwill and not on money, but guess it is just an utopic thought. However, some people are trying their best and follows that “Nirvana” trend and that´s why I want to bring this subject to the public light. We are talking about Vanguard Princess!
Apparently, an ex-employee from Capcom, Sugeno Tomoaki, launched this 2d fighting game that features moe girls!…What´s the big deal about it you ask? IT IS FREE!

I still have to download the game but for what I saw, the graphics looks pretty good and I love 2D fighting games. If you need to play the game, remember to configure your Operating System for japanese games. All menus are in japanese, but the fun is universal.

I downloaded the game and extracted the files, but when I start the game, it just bounce back to the desktop like it never happen anything. Can you help me with this?

It happened to me too, but I just solved the problem. You just need to replace the folder´s names that has japanese characters. Change them with “latin” characters.
For working with AppLocale(without regional settings change) you needs:
1. Path to game must contain only Latin chars.
2. Rename folder ヴァンガードプリンセス to anything else (”vanpri” for example)
3. Rename ヴァンガードプリンセス.exe to vanpri.exe
4. Rename ヴァンガードプリンセス.kgt to vanpri.kgt
5. Use AppLocale, now it works

i follow what you said ,but it says: “GameDemo Open Error” , when started
