Haruhi Second Season Ep 15: Endless Eight WTF!?

I just CAN’T believe it…I REFUSE to do so, but yes…The Endless Eight torture continues…SERIOUSLY!!!!…For the fourth straight week, They repeated it. There were some elements different from the rest of the episode, like a funny paper plane, probably the clue to end this cruel saga, but still, they used an entire episode just to show that…
Kyoani, Kadokawa, you officially entered the hall of shame!…Wait a minute…They were there ALL the time! I will just post the last moments of the episode…Everything else is the same and you can visit the other THREE posts I wrote about this infamous arc!
For some reason, the following scenes were my favorites…The only thing that was worth watching…This inspired me something..probably a feeling of melancholy.
The only other thing that brought so much attention and LOTS of talking was the infamous Nice Boat of School Days…and at least that happened ONCE! I can’t believe they are stretching this too far. If you are a true Haruhi fan, you probably won’t mind this but patience has its limits!

I really liked that scene with Haruhi against the clouds too. I liked this episode better than the previous two because of all the cool symbolism like this, but it was still a major drag having to relive “Endless Eight” yet again XP

I’m guessing that episode 5 is a exact same copy of episode 4, 3… I guess if that’s true, i’m dropping haruhi s2 until endless 8 ends.. And I won’t forgive kyoani unless they do another key adaption or give me “4 strawberry sundaes.” unyu~

It is not the “exact” same copy of previous “E8″ episodes. In this one, there are some subtle changes…again, and interesting symbolisms as stated by Yumeka…For a moment, I thought there was some hope because I saw many cool scenes like Haruhi and the clouds and the paper plane….until the tragic end when Haruhi walks away….again and kyon doing nothing….again.

True… but I think the idea of having a 6 episode long Endless Eight is more of Kadokawa than Kyoani since Kyoani only makes the episodes… but it doesn’t mean they are free from all blame, but some.

Well, I would watch all the episodes, of course, but if someone asked me about the series and wanted to watch all the episodes, I would tell them what episodes to watch and which ones to skip… such as the majority of this part of the anime (Can we call it an “arc” now?)…

Consider this, whose POV have we been watching this little drama/comedy through since Season 1/Episode 1? Almost all the laughs we had through season 1 were directly related to Kyon’s wild bewilderment of the events going on around him. Looking through Kyon’s eyes in the Endless Eight arc, he’s losing the sarcasm and the funny and becoming more confused and more desperate by each episode’s end. Pretty similar to how a bunch of us are feeling, eh? Whoever’s been in charge of the whole franchise is pretty darn good at manipulating the emotions of the audience. Is that you, Haruhi? Yeah, right. Hmm….

anyone notice the scene at the very end, they are back in the movie theater in the same shot withing the episode but haruhi is absent from the seat, but Kyon notices her in the movie whispering something into a guys ears while looking back at Kyon while he reaches out his hand to grab her?
i say Haruhi is having an affair.

This is way WAAAAY off the light novel. Honestly this hell of an Arc could have been done in ONE episode. Five is really stretching it. I would at least like to say that I can understand how bored Nagato must have been, but I can’t. She’s been doing that for around 500 years. Which isn’t possible to imagine at all. Or let alone bare it! It better conclude tomorrow.
Kyon should just admit to Haruhi that he just didn’t do his homework.

You might as well skip the next episode.
Or watch the last 5 minutes to see another difference from the other episodes.
It still hasn’t ended…
But it just seems to be getting closer and closer to the end… hopefully…
I suppose it’s a 6-part thing? Just like the first big story…
