Akihabara looks awesome on Google Earth!

For people who can´t visit Akihabara, there are some ways to virtually do it, like reading blogs, using webcams or….using Google Earth! I just did that and just downloaded Google Earth 5.0 and did a virtual tour on Akihabara…What I found was awesome in a way.

Akihabara virtually comes to life here!

In Google Earth, you can switch the views and use 3d to make all the buildings come to life. Most of the buildings that looks on 3D, looks like gray blocks…However, the majority of the buildings and surroundings in Akihabara have textures and there are even some anime characters popping out of the buildings. Just take a look of what you can find there.

I invite our readers to download Google Earth and just enable 3d buildings and type “Akihabara” in the search. You will find more amazing stuff that the pictures can´t show enough.
