Another Haruhi Endless Eight Stunt? No, Thanks!

Kadokawa is desperate to sell Endless Eight, right? Personally I find it difficult unless They add incredible goodies on those Bluray and DVD’s. First they “announced” an special surprise for the Haruhi saga on the latest Newtype magazine and then the announcement was about…you guessed it!…Endless Eight.

1. The seiyuu for Haruhi, Nagato and Mikuru are recording some exclusive interview for distribution only to Newtype’s loyal rubes!

2. Endless Eight will be shown again on Newtype’s site for a whole day at the end of August! Relive the joy!

3. Fans will finally get to test their knowledge of Endless Eight in the “Endless Eight Cult Quiz”! How many questions will you be able to answer?

4. New information on Haruhi goods for you to obediently buy up is forthcoming!

I can see Kadokawa doing something interesting to sell those E8 dvds like a trivia or something. Pick a guess…Let’s say for example that they invite the fans to find all the differences on the whole 8 episodes and send the answers to WIN something perhaps…How tempting!

Fans already voted on our poll and Kadokawa will need a lot of creativity to sell those!

You can see in the poll that most fans are not willing to buy the Endless Eight DVD, except only the minority that they called themselves Hard core fans or if Kadokawa add AMAZING, INCREDIBLE, SUGOI, Goodies on those dvd’s

For us seiyuu the pressure was intense.

When we first met to receive the plans for it and learn which books we would be doing, like we did for the first season, we heard we would be doing Bamboo Rhapsody and thought it was very appropriate.

Then we learnt the second till ninth would all be Endless Eight, we were like what? Eh? Eh? Eh?

We didn’t really get it when we were told we were doing the same story eight times with just differences in delivery.

I think this was more awful for the people watching than the ones performing it, I’m really grateful to everyone for watching it all for two months!

Thank goodness we finally got away from it.

It doesn’t matter how many times I’m told to do it, I don’t want to do it anymore, enough already, enough! I can’t do it more than 8 times, that’s the limit!

Sorry to say this Aya san but…It seems you are not away from it yet! Whatever happens, it seems Kadokawa have a “surprise”, but this time, fans knows the lesson…after taking classes 8 times!
