Google Japan celebrates Doraemon’s Birthday!

One day, like today…A Robotic cat will be born…It is from the future and its name is Doraemon (ドラえもん). The day? September 3, 2112! Doraemon celebrates its birthday and for the special ocassion, Google Japan placed this lovely cat within their logo.

In 2009, Doraemon celebrates 40 years since the manga was first published and 30 years since the beginning of the anime series produced by Shin-Ei Animation…That’s quite a long time ago…Almost as old as the Gundam!…Robots gets cool with time indeed!
