Japan Animators struggling to survive!

You wont find many japanese flocking to work at animation studios, as the following video describes, courtesy of Market Watch Video, part of the Wall Street Journal.

Low pay and long hours are pushing people out of the industry. Salaries are so low that it is very difficult to pay the rent. New generations of animators are struggling to survive the declining industry.  Here is the video…

Only the passion for this art seems to be enough to drive this animators to go forward and spread Anime around the world…but for how long?
