Some anime series, movies and projects are highly expected by fans and the anime industry experts as well for 2010. Oricon Biz revealed some titles that are highly expected by the anime industry people…and guess who is in the top position…Hmm, I think the title of this post reveals it anyway.
Oricon Biz conducted an inquiry about this year’s highly expected anime titles among the people in the anime industry. Questionnaires were collected from people working for anime magazines, music labels, TV companies, and anime journalism.
Top: The Vanishment of Haruhi Suzumiya
The movie draws attentions of the editors of the anime magazines and the anime article writers. Oricon asserted its assured success.Second: Durarara!!
This title is uncommon as a light novel-based anime that it mainly targets at female audience. The manga adaptation serialized in Monthly G Fantasy will bring more fans.Third: So・Ra・No・Wo・To
The anime industry people who voted for this title wish its success rather than expect it. Anime producers long for a great hit of an original work.Shaft titles also collected good number of votes reflecting the enormous hit of Bakemonogatari.
Other noteworthy titles:
Bakuman
Katanagatari
Arakawa Under the Bridge
Angel Beats!
Dance in the Vampire Bund
Hetalia Axis Powers the MovieSources: Yahoo, Oricon Biz via MAL News
I know the feeling this anime industry people have for Haruhi…Everyone seems to wait for it. I wonder why Fate / Stay Night movie is not in that list…shame! Do you share the expecations?

As Ultimatemegax pointed out in one of his previous posts, since the 2009 Haruhi rebroadcast was made specifically to lead up to “The Disappearance,” I’m definitely expecting it to be a hit! Less than a month now to see!
