Disappearance of Suzumiya Haruhi OST Cover…Yuki looks so kawaii!

OH GOD! Yuki Nagato looks so cute on the upcoming OST for Disappearance of Suzumiya Haruhi. Information regarding the cover and tracks appeared on Suzumiya Haruhi’s fan site and it is very interesting to know the names of the songs in the OST.

The BGMs virtually tells you the order of events that will happen in the upcoming movie. Also, the main song, performed by Chihara Minori a.k.a. Yuki Nagato is listed too. The name of Yuki Nagato’s main theme is roughly translated as “Gentle Oblivation” or “Sweet Oblivion” but of course, the phrasing could be wrong.  The OST has two CD’s.

The second CD includes the song you hear over and over in the main trailer…Gymnopédie. I think the one thing that really attracted me in the first place is the cover of the CD. Jeez, How many times you can see Yuki Nagato in moe, kawaii mood? A few times…including the cover!

What Japan thinks brings us another interesting survey, related to anime. This time, it is all about Kohaku Uta Gassen 2009. This event promises a lot of things going on and so, iShare decided to conduct a survey to see if Japanese plans to watch this. If you are planning to watch Kohaku Uta Gassen, I think you better read some of the answers, people gave…The results are pretty interesting.

Demographics

Between the 27th of November and the 2nd of December 2009 515 members of the CLUB BBQ free email forwarding service completed a private internet-based questionnaire. 54.4% of the sample were male, 31.5% in their twenties, 33.0% in their thirties, and 35.5% in their forties.

There was a very definite correlation between liking Japanese music and watching the Kohaku every year as a kid, but what the causation factor is, I don’t know.
