One Piece Mangaka Revelations!
An interesting interview revealed something about One Piece that fans probably wants to know…or probably, They already knew!

Oda Eiichiro’s interview was published in AERA magazine on December 14th. In the interview, he said he decided not to create full length manga other than One Piece. He thinks One Piece should be for shonen and he wrote the story under restrictions such as:
- No romance
- Avoid scenes of murder and deaths
- A happy party comes after each battle
Last month, Oda said the story reached the climax of its middle stages by the volume 55.
Considering there are some female characters in One Piece, I wonder if it is just a waste not to explore some romance for the series. Only One Piece fans know it better!

One Piece New OP song rejected by fans!
It seems there was a miscalculation for the new One Piece Opening song….and many fans dislike the idea that this new OP will be played at least for a whole year!
According to J-Cast, the official BBS of Toei Animation has been filled with hundreds of complaints against the new OP theme song of “One Piece”. The audience resented that the new song was completely mismatched with the serious OP animation.
The new OP song “Kaze wo Sagashite” is a tie-up work with a TV quiz program “Quiz! Hexagon II” and the singers are idols and comedians. Toei Animation said it’s usual to see such negative reactions when theme songs are switched. They don’t plan to make any explanations to the audience and the new song is likely to be used for the next one year.

I am not a One Piece fan but it seems the song makes the show sounds like a “children series” and I am sure it is not like that.
