Space Battleship Yamato Underpants!

This could be like any underpants, based on an anime series…but some of the details on them made me laugh so badly, that I couldnt let pass on this one…

The Aeon Group’s shopping centers in Japan will be selling Space Battleship Yamato underpants for men to mark the December 12 opening of the Uchuu Senkan Yamato Fukkatsu-hen (Space Battleship Yamato: Rebirth Chapter) film.

Two of the designs depict the bow of the title spaceship with the Japanese name of the ship’s trademark “Wave Motion Gun” emblazoned in red or gold. (As MovieWalker’s Walker Plus website notes, this puts a “Wave Motion Gun between the legs.”) Another design features various logos incorporating the ship’s silhouette and the anime’s title.
